Position Overview:

Outlaw Graphix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Screen Printing Production Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch quality products.

Responsibilities:

Production Management:

-Oversee the entire screen printing production process, from pre-press to finishing, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
-Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
-Monitor and optimize workflow to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.

Team Leadership:

-Lead and motivate a team of screen printing technicians and production staff.
-Provide training and mentorship to production employees
-Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Quality Control:

-Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality printed products.
-Conduct regular inspections of finished products to meet or exceed customer specifications.

Equipment Maintenance:

-Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure all screen printing equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly.
-Troubleshoot and address any equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Inventory Management:

-Manage inventory levels of printing supplies and materials.
-Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely ordering of necessary materials.

Safety Compliance:

-Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
-Conduct regular safety training sessions for the production team.

Qualifications:

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Technical Skills:

-Proficient in troubleshooting equipment.
-Ability to learn quickly
-Exceptional computer skills

Leadership Skills:

-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Organizational Skills:

-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem-Solving:

-Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Communication:

-Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
